Opening Times

Our opening times are 10.00am - 6.00pm & you will need to confirm your approximate time of arrival.

Delivery and Collection

All pets should arrive & depart in a suitable pet carrier along with their own food, grooming brushes & any toys or treats that may make them feel at home.

Accommodation

Whilst your pet rabbit or guinea pig is in our care, it will be housed in a clean, spacious, safe & secure home with daily access to an outdoor run, (weather permitting). We ask that pets such as Rats, Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice & Budgies are brought in their own home, which must be safe & secure.

Health

If any pet shows signs of disease or illness we will reserve the right not to accept your pet for boarding.

Illness & Death 

Whilst your pet rabbit or rodent is in our care it will be fed a variety of fresh food and its own dried food. All pets will not mix with other boarders & will be stroked, groomed and checked over twice daily.

There is at present no vaccination requirements for rabbits or guinea pigs, we will therefore not be held responsible for any illnesses such as Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease, Fly strike, Mites or any other common diseases.

Should your pet become ill whilst boarding with us, we will seek advice from our local vet at a cost to you, any veterinary fees which occur will be payable on collection of your pet.

If in the unlikely event of a death occurring whilst your pet is boarding with us, we will notify you immediately so that we can arrange for your final wishes.

There are currently no licensing laws or regulations which exist in respect of boarding small animals.

All animals are left entirely at their owners risk.
